  • Track various production plans and schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate the purchasing and procurement of raw fabric materials
  • Monitor the dyeing and printing status of products regularly
  • Liaise with embroidery units to ensure timely processing of raw materials
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments for uninterrupted workflow
  • Report progress and escalate delays or issues as needed
