Experience Range:

• Deputy Manager: 7–8 years
• Manager: 9–10 years
• Senior Manager: 12–13 years
• Deputy General Manager: 14–15 years
• Senior General Manager: 18–19 years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations of the cell manufacturing line , ensuring excellence in production, quality, cost, safety, and manpower utilization.
• Manage shift operations collaboratively to meet and exceed production KPIs .
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean tools to enhance productivity and quality while optimizing costs.
• Plan and execute daily operations aligned with customer and business expectations.
• Own accountability for production output, yield, and product quality .
• Prepare daily consumption data and forecast material requirements as per production targets.
• Ensure adherence to safe working practices and SOPs .
• Manage engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds .
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audit standards .
• Lead training and skill development of operators for processes and products.

B.Tech

Streams: Electrical | Electronics | Mechanical | Chemical
