Production Manager

• 6–8 years of experience in production, operations, or manufacturing leadership.
• Candidates must be bilingual in English & Spanish
• Automotive or Medical industry experience required (IATF knowledge specifically beneficial). Experience in metal stamping is highly desirable.
• Proven success in high-mix, high-volume environments.
• Strong leadership with the ability to influence culture, behavior, and operational discipline.
• Hands-on, floor-focused management style with the ability to assess people, processes, and systems effectively.
• Experience developing and executing action plans for production improvement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
