Production Manager

Responsibilities Include:
Implementation of an effective organizational Culture and Policies as well as a productive and healthy work environment, in line GlennRieder vision, mission, values, strategic objectives, and company policy.
Directly responsible for the production program and for the levels of efficiency, observing the requirements established by Quality as well as controlling scrap.
Supervises the preparation of reports on production, completion dates and shipping schedules.
Supervises or evaluates procedures designed to upgrade production methods, equipment utilization, and quality of products.
Responsible of the effectiveness of manpower utilization.
Calculates and projects labor requirements and staffing needs.
Advises Management on Production Problems.
Formulates, negotiates, and manages objectives and budgets of processes and functions under his responsibility, as well as strategies and action plans to achieve those objectives.
