Production Manager

Position overview:

As a Production Manager this role is in charge of ensure the fulfillment of the production targets and KPIs while leading a team of shift Leaders and reporting directly to the Plant Manager.

Key Tasks:

- Ensure the achievement of general and production objectives (KPIs), operating in compliance with the directives received, plans and strategies approved by the Management, policies and business procedures.
- Guarantee the realization of the production programs, optimizing the available resources according to the defined needs (men, plants, materials), in compliance with the required time, quantity and quality and safety regulations.
- Guarantee the implementation of the tools of the Continuous Improvement, for the Operations area and with the support of the entities in charge according to the optimization activities to be carried out.
