Job Overview

The Production Medical Coder is responsible for high-volume, accurate professional coding across multiple medical specialties, with a strong emphasis on Evaluation & Management (E/M) services. This is a production-focused role, supporting revenue integrity through compliant code assignment, provider documentation clarification, and timely resolution of coding-related edits. Coders are expected to work independently within established templates and workflows while meeting productivity, turnaround time, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily production coding for professional services, including E/M, office-based, and procedural services.
• Assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes in compliance with CMS, NCCI, payer-specific, and specialty-specific guidelines.
