Join Our Team as a Production Operative
We are seeking motivated, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join the production team on the outskirts of Dover; this exciting opportunity allows you to join a committed team with progression, overtime, and bonuses.
The Role
Position: Full-time, permanent
Location: Dover, UK - Will need to drive due to location
Shifts: 4 on / 4 off (days & nights) - Rotating - 5:45am to 6:15pm then 5:45pm to 6:15am
Hours: 40.25 per week (12.5-hour shifts)
Pay: £12.30 per hour (days) | £14.15 per hour (nights)As a Production Operative, you'll help manufacture high-quality products, operate production machinery, handle materials, and support smooth, efficient production processes.
