Production Operative (Hotmix) – Fruit Processing


Location: Sittingbourne
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:00 during training, then weekly rotating shifts (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00)


About the Role

You will be responsible for operating and monitoring the hot mixer (large industrial oven), ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency at all times. You will be working alongside two other team members who will load the mixer. After training, you will also be expected to support with loading tasks.
