Job Description: Our client based in Northampton is looking for experienced Production Operatives to join their team.
Monday to Friday: 7.30am start
Pay rate: £13-£14.79
These positions are required to assist in the efficient production of goods within the factory, ensuring that high standards of quality and safety are maintained at all times.

- Operate machinery and equipment as required for the production process.
- Assemble products or components according to specifications and work instructions.
- Monitor the production process and report any issues or defects to the supervisor.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- To be willing to learn and be trained within factory departments.
- Work as part of a team and on an individual basis working to obtain the daily/weekly targets ensuring quality is at the highest standard.
