What You’ll Be Doing
Preparing and lining oven trays with care and accuracyHandling and transferring baking trays safely and efficientlyMaintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic working environment alwaysCutting and finishing baked products to exacting standardsApplying hand-finishing techniques to ensure product quality and presentationLabelling and dating items correctly for dispatchPackaging goods securely to meet delivery requirementsReporting any machinery faults or safety concerns promptly to supervisors Working Pattern
