The role

is working 4-on-4-off for a Food Production Company.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing and lining oven trays with care and accuracy

  • Handling and transferring baking trays safely and efficiently

  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic working environment always

  • Cutting and finishing baked products to exacting standards

  • Applying hand-finishing techniques to ensure product quality and presentation

  • Labelling and dating items correctly for dispatch

  • Packaging goods securely to meet delivery requirements

  • Reporting any machinery faults or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
  • Working Pattern

  • 4-on / 4-off shift rotation

  • Day shifts only: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Ongoing temporary assignment with potential for long-term opportunities
