The Role

Fantastic opportunity to join our busy Production teams across both Chichester and Pagham sites.

We are looking for reliable individuals, capable of working effectively and efficiently in a busy, team driven environment. Working across various departments, duties and responsibilities will reflect appropriate experience levels. Ideally with some experience in a similar fast paced environment, we are looking for both Skilled and Technical Operators for our busy factories. Joining a great proactive team, candidates will assist with all steps in the production process, with typical duties for including, but not restricted to:

Skilled Operators

  • Operation and monitoring of production line machinery
  • Packaging
  • Machine changeovers
  • Recording accurate production records
  • Short interval control
  • Operator supervision where applicable
