Production Operator

Overview

Join our manufacturing team to set up, operate and maintain production machinery that delivers high-quality beverage products. You’ll run equipment, perform quality checks, troubleshoot faults, and support the team to meet production targets safely and efficiently.

Please note: This is a permanent, full‑time opportunity working a rotating 12‑hour day and night shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, set up and maintain production machinery to ensure consistent, on‑spec output and minimise downtime.
• Perform quality checks, follow processes, and act quickly to prevent product loss or deviations.
• Troubleshoot faults and elevate issues to protect line capacity and delivery targets.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and always use the correct PPE to protect yourself and others.
• Support team activities such as material picking, basic stocktakes and any ad‑hoc production needs.
