**Production Operator – ECC Operator B**
**Pay Rate:** $19.38/hour **+ 10% shift differential**
_(Pay rate may vary based on experience)_
**Shift:**
+ **2nd Shift:** Monday – Thursday | 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
+ **Training Schedule:** 1st Shift (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) for approximately **1–3 months** , depending on training progression, prior to transfer to 2nd shift
**Interview Requirement:** _Interviews will be scheduled after 4:00 PM and may be conducted by phone or in person_
**Position Summary**
The ECC Operator B is responsible for supporting efficient and effective manufacturing production by operating ECC saws, performing quality checks, and maintaining equipment and work areas. This role requires **prior manufacturing experience** and strong mechanical aptitude. Warehouse-only experience is **not** a fit for this position.
