We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team at POE MANUFACTURING SDN.BHD. in Iskandar Puteri Johor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards
  • Perform manual assembly of electronic components using hand tools and automated machinery.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of production activities
  • Strictly follow Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) safety protocols, including wearing grounded wrist straps and using anti-static mats.
  • Keep the workstation clean and organized (5S standards) and report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
