Production Operator

Perform manual and automated precision cleaning of components using approved procedures and equipment (e.g., ultrasonic cleaners, DI water systems, cleanroom tools).

Handle and clean high-value and sensitive parts in accordance with safety and contamination control protocols.

Monitor cleaning parameters such as time, temperature, and chemical concentration to ensure compliance with process requirements.

Inspect cleaned components visually and with tools (e.g., UV light, magnifiers) for particles, residues, and surface defects.

Maintain accurate records of cleaning processes, batch numbers, and inspection results.

Operate in cleanroom or controlled environments while wearing proper PPE (e.g., gown, gloves, mask).

Safely handle and dispose of cleaning agents and waste materials according to safety and environmental regulations.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training sessions as required.
