Job Description

  • operating production equipment
  • troubleshooting product and process problems on all assigned equipment
  • coordinating all breaks and lunches for associates working in the assigned production areas
  • maintaining a clean work area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • leading associates to meet the production schedule
  • cross-training all production associates
  • encouraging production associates to adhere to all safety and quality guidelines and practices
  • completing all necessary paperwork required by the position and
  • other duties as assigned.
