Production Operator

Purpose of Position:

The person hired for the position of Production Operator is responsible for following documented procedures for manufacturing, equipment operation, assembly and inspection of Thermoplastic composite Ballistic Helmets under minimal supervision. Additional tasks may be required in order to to assist in the development of new employees, new products and projects led by Engineering and Quality personnel. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
