Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Production Operator. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating machines and overseeing production lines to ensure products meet quality and efficiency standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring equipment, conducting routine quality checks, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures. The role involves effective communication with team members to report issues and ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and experience with managing Production Lines.
• Knowledge and experience in Quality Control processes to ensure standard compliance.
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively.
• Ability to train team members and provide support in the production process.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adherence to safety standards.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is advantageous.
