Production Operator/ Technician

Key Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Perform a repetitive and wide range of mechanical assembly operations in support of production projects; perform assembly of complex discrete wire harnesses and multi-conductor jacketed cables, coax, twin-ax, and tri-ax cables, power, and flat cable assemblies.
• Assembles, modifies reworks, and/or reassembles production components, utilizing drawing, picking tickets, processing documentation, and/or verbal instructions.
• Prepares and utilizes basic hand tools and machines including but not limited to power screwdriver, ruler, solder iron, clamp machine, heat gun, solder pot, crimpers, pinning machine, and automatic wire.
• Clean parts prior to production use as required
• Identify wires with the usage of the basic color code sequence.
• Participate in first-time production runs of new products.
