Production Operator

About the RoleThis is a full-time position within the shift team, reporting to the Team Leader or Manufacturing Assistant. The role supports day-to-day manufacturing activities, including equipment set-up, troubleshooting, and machine maintenance. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment used to produce BD medical products.

What you'll do:

• Operate machines to meet daily production targets while ensuring high quality and low waste.
• Carry out routine machine maintenance such as cleaning, servicing, and part replacement.
• Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards.
• Handle product and machine changeovers, including tool and die adjustments.
• Support improvements by contributing ideas and helping implement machine upgrades.
