Production Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operating and maintaining equipment in the manufacturing plant, ensuring the production process runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
• Follow standard operating procedures, adhere to quality standards, and ensure that products meet customer specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum PSLE or Technical certification or vocational training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
