The Production Operator - Batcher is responsible for the pre-batch of paint blends and the staging of products for blended orders. This role will support the facility Blenders in spray-outs, drawdowns, and filling customer orders.
- Location: 32 Beghin Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R2J 3Z9
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Compensation: $ $23.11 hourly
- Gather and prepare necessary materials and tools for blending
- Blend custom paint orders and make blends of paint as directed
- Match colors within facility color guidelines
- Operate tinting, mixing, and industrial material handling equipment in an efficient and safe manner
- Keep tools, equipment, and work environment clean and organized daily
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and security
