We are seeking reliable, safety‑focused Downstream Operators to join our manufacturing team in Casper, Wyoming. This position plays a key role in producing high‑quality conduit products used in critical infrastructure across the country. Pay: $18/hr

Shifts: 12‑hour shifts on a 2‑2‑3 rotating schedule

• 7 AM – 7 PM or 7 PM – 7 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate downstream equipment including cutters, pullers, coilers, and packaging machinery
• Monitor product quality and ensure all materials meet Dura-Line specifications
