Job Title: Process Engineer

Overview:

This is a key role in our Cross Functional Team where the process engineer will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across various areas of the business. The right candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to effectively communicate complex ideas.

The position requires initial training at our office in Hsinchu, Taiwan for 2-3 weeks followed by an expatriate assignment to our Mexico facility. We offer comprehensive benefits and allowances to support employees during this transition period.
