Manage the Demand Planning process for respective businesses in the Philips Costa Rica factory. Align production plans with business goals to optimize resources, achieve customer satisfaction, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and team growth.
Your Role:
Maintain the demand plan for respective business and or Customer Planning Groups and ensure timely updates for meetings and business planning snapshots.
Ellaborate the Master Porduction Schedule based on the Poduction Demand Plan acording to the soft and hard capacity constraint.
Lead the capacity analysis for a repective business ensuring to have the correct resources at the time needed.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Finance to achieve the sales, marketing and/or consensus forecast as input for the Supply Plan and S&OP meeting.
