Job Description
Manage the Demand Planning process for respective businesses in the Philips Costa Rica factory. Align production plans with business goals to optimize resources, achieve customer satisfaction, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and team growth.
**Your Role:**
+ Maintain the demand plan for respective business and or Customer Planning Groups and ensure timely updates for meetings and business planning snapshots.
+ Ellaborate the Master Porduction Schedule based on the Poduction Demand Plan acording to the soft and hard capacity constraint.
+ Lead the capacity analysis for a repective business ensuring to have the correct resources at the time needed.
+ Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Finance to achieve the sales, marketing and/or consensus forecast as input for the Supply Plan and S&OP meeting.
