Operations Planning and Control Associate Manager
Creates and manages efficient manufacturing schedules, ensuring materials, labor, and equipment align with demand to deliver products on time while controlling costs, using strong analytical, communication, and technical skills (ERP/MRP software), focusing on optimization, inventory control, problem-solving, and collaboration across departments like Sales, Procurement, and Production.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in Production Planning, preferably within the Electronics industry.
Strong knowledge of Production Planning and Control processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed daily/weekly/monthly production plans.
- Resource Coordination: Ensure raw materials, machinery, and labor are available for production runs.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and initiate material orders.
