Production Planner

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Production Planner will create and maintain manufacturing schedules for given product line(s), work with sales, engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing to maintain a production plan. The Production Planner will do capacity planning, set lead times, and maintain all aspects of the facility schedule.The production planner will lead production meetings and daily schedule update meetings to effectively communicate and plan the facility.

Key Deliverables

·Schedule production to ensure optimal production levels.

·Produce reports based on findings and performance of production.

·Manage product line(s) based on customer delivery dates.

·Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials need to cover production demand.
