**Work Arrangement:** This role is categorized as onsite. this means the successful candidate to report to the GM office full time.



**The Role:**



The **Production Planner** is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to ensure timely fulfillment of sales and production targets.



**What You’ll Do:**



+ Develop and maintain production plans and schedules in line with demand forecasts, sales requirements, and capacity constraints.

+ Coordinate material availability by aligning production plans with order planning and inventory levels.

+ Monitor production progress and address potential delays, shortages, or constraints to minimize disruptions.

+ Collaborate closely with manufacturing, order planning, logistics, and sales teams to ensure plan feasibility and execution.

+ Review and manage production backlogs -aged-, priorities, and changes to ensure on-time delivery.

+ Support month-end activities and production reporting.

+ Maintain accurate planning data and master data within ERP systems.

+ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to planning processes, efficiency, and system optimization.



**Your Skills & Abilities ( Required Qualification )**



**Educational and Experience Background:**



+ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or any related field.

+ 2~3 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Planning, or a similar operations role.

+ Strong understanding of production planning concepts, MRP, inventory management, and supply chain flows.

+ Experience working with ERP systems (SAP).

+ Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

+ High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
