Production Planner

Industry: Aerospace / Advanced Manufacturing

As Production Planner & Controller, you will play a central role in ensuring efficient, on-time delivery across production activities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and maintaining production plans and schedules aligned with demand and delivery targets
• Coordinating material requirements planning (MRP) with procurement and supply chain teams
• Monitoring production progress and proactively identifying risks, delays, or bottlenecks
• Working closely with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations
• Tracking KPIs and preparing production performance reports
• Supporting cost control, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives

The successful candidate will bring:

• A degree in Business, Operations, Production Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Several years’ experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing control
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and MS Office (advanced Excel skills preferred)
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• A proactive, structured approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
