Production Planner: 

We are hiring immediately for a Production Planner (m/f/d) based in Gruiu.

Your qualifications

• University –technical studies


• Proven track record in a similar position


• English – Advanced / Intermediate


• SAP knowledge in this field of expertise


• MS Office Package


• Good communication and organization skills


• Strong attitude for teamwork, interpersonal skills and problem solving

Your responsibilities

Purpose:

The Production Planner ensures that resources such as manpower, materials and equipment are efficiently utilized to meet production goals. They play a crucial role in creating schedules and timelines to ensure that production targets are met within the specified timeframes. By streamlining production processes and minimizing downtime, they contribute to cost savings for the organization and increasing revenue.

• Work with cross-functional teams to create a good production plan and ensure timely and successful completion of production orders, considering available resources.


• Supervises resources and progress throughout the whole production process and supports all process steps in close collaboration with all dependent key interfaces


• Anticipating and mitigating risks to production, such as equipment failures, material availability, supply chain disruptions, or capacity bottlenecks.


• Maintain adequate stock levels in line with company inventory policy.


• Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies for production capacity to support forecast demand.


• Developing contingency plans to minimize the impact of unexpected events.


• Ensures compliance with the processes and procedures.


• Help to optimize the production processes in close cooperation with all key interfaces
