Production Planner

As Richport Technology is expanding its operations, we are looking for a motivated Production Planner / Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will:

Production Scheduling

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, QA, and Production to ensure timely availability of materials and capacity.

Material Planning & Inventory Control

• Ensure all raw materials, components, and tools are available on time to meet production needs.
• Work closely with store/logistics teams to monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.

Order Tracking & Status Updates

• Monitor work orders and ensure timely completion of production jobs.
• Update stakeholders on production progress and address any delays or issues.

Communication & Coordination

• Act as the liaison...
