Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1. Production Planning & Scheduling
Prepare and maintain Master Production Schedules (MPS) based on customer demand, forecasts, and available capacity.
Translate customer orders into daily, weekly, and monthly production plans for SMT, pSSD, and SSD operations.
Monitor schedule adherence and take corrective actions when deviations occur.
Coordinate production priorities and manage line changeovers to optimize throughput.
2. Capacity & Resource Planning
Perform capacity planning for SMT lines, FATP, testing, and packaging processes.
Identify production constraints and escalate risks related to manpower, equipment, or process limitations.
Support shift planning, overtime, and resource allocation during ramp-up or demand fluctuations.
