Production Planner

Overview

The Production Planner schedules manufacturing, manages materials, and tracks orders to ensure timely product delivery, working cross-functionally with sales, purchasing, and production to resolve issues, update systems (like ERP), and maintain accurate production data, providing a foundation for operational efficiency and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Planning, scheduling and coordinating production of the company’s products
• Evaluating raw materials and equipment to ensure everything is in place for production
• Reporting on the production status and any production issues to upper management
• Create production work orders daily in ERP and enter the consumption of the work orders materials when production is complete.
• Managing customer dashboard and convert to company order in system
• Other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate by management.
