/Preferred Qualifications
  • Responsible for the production planning/co-ordination, shop scheduling and dispatching
  • Support daily material/production planning based on customers’ orders
  • Plan for production which includes releasing of work orders and ensuring on-time delivery of shipments based on customer requirements
  • Optimize loading capacity and monitor movement of finished goods to minimize retention period of finished goods
  • Work closely with purchasing and warehouse/logistics groups to ensure on-time receipt, delivery of materials and finished goods shipments
  • Monitor and co-ordinate on material shortages, expediting and ensuring material availability to support production plan
  • Drive and minimize excess and obsolescence inventory
  • Assist in developing and improving existing processes and procedures
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics
  • Well verse in system and process and go to person as subject matter expertise in Planning function as needed
  • Define and develop process when none is available
  • Working with various functional groups (and sites, if needed) to come out with best known methods (BKMs) for implementation
  • Improve closed-loop execution
  • Create Training material (Regular retraining & Job aids, FAQ) & Roll-out, as needed
  • Highlight if there are projects & timelines limitations
  • Work on system set up and data cleansing
  • Perform and Support UAT, cut over and Go Live as needed
  • Help to trouble shoot and address issues by raising enhancement/incidents tickets and follow up on resolutions

    • Minimum Qualifications

    Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
