Job Description
Overview
The PPC Planner develops daily or weekly production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met. Determines material, equipment, and other requirements, prepares status and performance reports, and resolves production issues.
Responsibilities
- Create production schedule based on the capacity and materials availability
- Coordinate with warehouse for material status for loading in production
- Coordinate with material planner and IDG for design and material computation
- Conduct random checking to verify production output in the shop floor to ensure that production plan is implemented and met
- Endorse products finished to delivery
- Generate item breakdown for every item done in production
- Coordinate with Sales Team for specifications, sales orders, and other LN (ERP)- related issues
- Coordinate with CSG for PDF and mock up concerns
- Create and release PROs in LN (ERP)
