About the Role

Dufu Industries Sdn. Bhd., a leading manufacturing company in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is seeking an experienced Production Planning & Control Manager to join their team. As a full-time strategic role, you will oversee production planning, material management, and control processes to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing operations. You will lead a team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure timely delivery of products.

• Develop and implement production plans, material planning, inventory control, work-in-process tracking, capacity planning, and variance control.
• Manage production scheduling to ensure timely delivery while minimizing inventory.
