Senior Manager – PPC (Production Planning & Control)
📍 Locations: Tarapur (Maharashtra) & Bhachau (Gujarat)
🏭 Industry: Transmission Line Towers / Heavy Steel Fabrication
🧑 💼 Reporting to: Plant Head / Head – Operations
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – PPC to lead end-to-end production planning and control across two manufacturing plants involved in tower/steel structure fabrication and hot-dip galvanizing. The role ensures on-time delivery, optimal capacity utilization, cost efficiency, and compliance with international quality standards.
Candidate Profile
- Education: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy
- Experience: 10–15+ years in PPC within tower fabrication / heavy steel + galvanizing
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP/MM (or equivalent ERP)
- Strong knowledge of MRP, RCCP, finite scheduling, Lean, TOC basics
- Willing to travel between Tarapur & Bhachau...
