Job Description

Production Planning Engineer will handle weekly and monthly production planning, communication with both customers and suppliers, as well as collaborating with different departments within our company.

Your responsibilities will be to: 

  • Making production plans based on customer orders and capacity constraints, and uploading the production plan to the ERP system.
  • Preparing the master CNC plan and share with the related departments.
  • Releases weekly work orders by using the ERP system and sharing the constraints of materials and shipment with the production team.
  • Updating production plan and work orders in case of any dramatic order change, & control the material requirements accordingly, and taking necessary actions.
  • Responsible for daily control of production, all related departments, and, accordingly, ensuring material availability to prevent line stoppage.
  • Responsible for the material requirements planning and scheduling of components after completing production plans.
  • Responsible for giving feedback about delivery time & quantities to the Order Management Specialist in necessary cases. 

    • Our requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning within the automotive industry

  • Preferably experienced in machining and assembly processes

  • Proficiency in using ERP systems

  • Strong command of MS Excel, VBA, and preferably Power BI tools

  • Macro knowledge is preferable

  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities

  • Strong English skills, both written and spoken
