Responsibilities

  • Develop controlled production plans, monitor production schedules, and coordinate responses to abnormalities.
  • Coordinate production and sales, facilitate cross‑departmental communication.
  • Manage and execute Engineering Change Notices (ECN).
  • Open work orders and manage outstanding work orders.
  • Plan and execute team training initiatives.
  • Supervise and conduct performance assessments for the team under your jurisdiction.
  • Accomplish tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in bioengineering or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proficient in material planning, production scheduling (management), and inventory management.
  • Experience in controlling obsolete materials and managing material lead times is highly desirable.
