Production Plant Manager

As the Production & Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production and maintenance activities while ensuring all food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements are met. You’ll work closely with leadership and the food safety team to support smooth operations, maintain equipment and facilities, and ensure employees are properly trained and supported.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people leadership, technical oversight, and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities
