About the Role:
Acclaimed Workforce is currently seeking a motivated and mechanically minded Cellar Hand - Bulk Dispatch Operator to join our winery cellar team. As a trusted workforce solutions provider, Acclaimed Workforce partners with businesses to deliver high-quality staffing solutions across various industries. This role involves general cellar operations, bulk dispatch duties, and ensuring the smooth preparation and transfer of wine for packaging.

Key Responsibilities:
General Winery Cellar Operations

• Maintain a clean and organised work space, ensuring all cellar and dispatch areas are free of obstructions.
• Record and manage cellar notes, tracking production data as per site procedures.
• Conduct transfer and filtration operations.
• Load and unload wine tankers safely and efficiently.
• Collect wine samples and make necessary adjustments to tanks.
• Prepare wines to meet production requirements.
• Monitor and maintain wine quality on-site.

Bulk Dispatch Duties

• Receive and distribute bulk wine according to site protocols.
• Prepare, monitor, and maintain pre-bottling filtration systems and lines.
• Record tank dips and dissolved oxygen (DO) levels before and after shifts.
• Perform tank transfers and additions as directed by the winemaker.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in bulk dispatch areas.
• Report any wildlife activity in the dispatch area to the Cellar Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Current Forklift Licence and Australian Driver’s Licence (essential).
• Experience as a Cellar Hand is required.
