Job Description
Leads the activities of a group of assemblers and assists with the various assembly functions (assembly of various electro-mechanical components) within that cell. Provides support to any cell within the department as determined by department supervisor. This position reports to the department supervisor. Interact with and lead assemblers in a given cell.
What will you do:
Work under general direction of the Department Supervisor with minimum supervision.Train and supervise assemblers in a cell atmosphere and assess their performance.Motivate cell team members to maintain team and individual effort.Complete paperwork required for Work Orders, Scrap Reports, Test Logs, Data Sheets, required by some customers, and any others deemed necessary.
