The Role

Reporting to the Production Manager at our Birkenhead manufacturing plant, the Shift Supervisor will lead one of our four production shift teams with the scope and autonomy to make improvements, innovate, drive productivity, and lead a team. The purpose of the role is to ensure that the production rates, commercial plans, and targets are achieved, through the safe and efficient utilisation of people and equipment. A generous salary and 4 on/4 off roster make this metropolitan Adelaide based role one that will attract the interest of manufacturing, production or trades individuals with supervisory experience.
