Production Shift Supervisor
Salary: £32,000
Location: Seaham

We are working with a well-established manufacturing business who are looking to appoint a Production Shift Supervisor to support and lead their production teams on a rotating shift pattern.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone with experience in a manufacturing or production environment who enjoys leading people, driving performance, and maintaining high standards on the shop floor.


Shift Pattern

  • Week 1:
    Monday 06:00 - 14:30
    Tuesday to Friday 06:20 - 14:30

  • Week 2:
    Monday to Friday 14:20 - 22:30


The Role

  • Supervise and support production operatives to ensure daily targets are met

  • Ensure health & safety, quality, and housekeeping standards are maintained at all times
