Production Shift Supervisor

Getting to know the position: As a Production Shift Supervisor, you’ll be responsible to supervise the production department according to safety, quality, production and delivery reliability standards. Responsibilities

• Interact directly or indirectly with other departments (maintenance, engineering, customers and suppliers) to resolve problems with the breakdown of equipment, process control problems and quality issues in a timely and efficient manner to minimize lost production time and meet delivery requirements.
• Provide motivation, coaching and support within the scope of responsibility for operator compliance to machine production targets & speed, continuous improvement, and corrective actions.
