• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Determine Manpower and Equipment needed to cover production demand
• Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
• Monitor and ensure worker in good performance; conduct performance evaluation
• Ensure safety work environment; develop policies to ensure safety workplace and to employees
• Coordinates the quantity to be produced within the department
• Preparation of daily production report
• Monitors the daily production to meet the daily production target
• Coordinates to the production head any plant and production concerns and issues
