• Female / 30 years old below
• College graduate/level.
• With at least 1 year of work experience as a sub-leader in a Japanese manufacturing company.
• Must know how to handle 20 operators.
• Ability to manage people within the assembly line.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible and willing to assign in other task within the production group.
• Able to create report using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Can start ASAP.
