Production Superintendent

About the role

Rostrevor Group is seeking an experienced Production Superintendent to join our team in South Australia. this is a FIFO role, In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our mining site, ensuring efficient and safe production.

This position operates on an 8/6 roster (8 days on, 6 days off).

What you'll be doing

• Manage the production team and schedule to maximise output and meet targets

• Implement and monitor safety procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

• Liaise with other departments to coordinate activities and resolve issues

• Analyse production data and identify opportunities for process improvements

• Provide regular reports to management on production performance

• Mentor and develop the production team to enhance their skills and capabilities
