**Job Details**
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the day-to-day operation and follow-up to the production floor in order to achieve the operational results of the plant.
MAIN FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY:
- Responsible for the occupational health and safety (physical and emotional) of production floor operators.
- Follow-up to the production floor hour by hour.
- Optimizes resources to meet production schedules.
- Directly responsible for the supervision of the plant (operational monitoring, evaluations, etc.)
- Responsible for the effective implementation of continuous improvement strategies such as: 5's, SMED, HPT, visual plant, process balances, HK, etc.
- Complies with the established product quality levels.
- Ensure on-time deliveries and total customer satisfaction.
- Ensures on-time delivery of production orders and related matters.
- Establishment of metrics for the department, measurement and analysis of goal compliance.
